Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or subscribe, and your country or region (detected from your IP) so we can show correct pricing and currency. If you pay by card, your card number and payment details are processed directly by our payment gateway (Izipay); Mi TV Latino does not store your full card details on its own servers.

What we use it for

To activate and renew your IPTV account, process your payment, send order and service notifications by email or WhatsApp, and provide support when you need it. We don't use your data for anything beyond operating the service you signed up for.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to remember your preferred language, keep you signed in to the client area, and — if you arrived through a reseller's or affiliate's link — to recognize that referral. None of these cookies are used for third-party advertising.

Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to run the service: our payment gateway (Izipay) to process card charges, and the streaming provider that hosts your IPTV account. If you bought through a reseller with their own panel, they see only the minimum needed to manage your account (username, connections and payment status) — never your email or card details.

WhatsApp assistant. To speed up your payments, renewals and questions on WhatsApp, you are assisted by an artificial intelligence assistant (a bot). To answer you it uses the messages you send us and the account details it needs (name, phone, username, expiration date and payment status), only to help you with your service. If you prefer to talk to a person, just say so in the chat.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and personal data, by writing to ventas@mitvlatino.com or via WhatsApp. We respond to every privacy request within a reasonable time.
