What is a Mi TV Latino reseller?
A Mi TV Latino reseller is a person or business that buys credits intended for reselling the service, then manages their customers' accounts from an admin panel.
From the panel they can manage the functions enabled for their customers, including creating accounts, demos, renewals, extensions and credential management.
The program is meant for people who genuinely want to run a sales business.

What can't a Reseller do?
A Reseller only manages their own customers. They cannot create or manage a network of sellers from their panel. To have sellers under their own structure, they need the Super Reseller tier.

Super Reseller includes every Reseller feature, plus the ability to build and manage your own structure of sellers. To reach Super Reseller status, your first purchase must be at least 150 credits. Once you reach that status, every following Super Reseller top-up must also be at least 150 credits.

Reseller panels work on a White Label system. From there you can manage your customers or sellers depending on your panel type. The base panel is ready to operate commercially as a white label. Your end customer doesn't need to see Mi TV Latino as your commercial brand.
The seller receives:

- Username
- Password
- Access to the tools for their tier
The service is Mi TV Latino. The brand can be yours.
A seller can build their own commercial identity on top of the Mi TV Latino infrastructure. Your end customer can know your business as Juan TV while you use our infrastructure. The idea is to let every reseller build their own commercial brand.

Sellers can request a custom DNS setup tied to their own brand. When a seller shares certain compatible links or access with their customers, they can use an address related to their own brand.

Custom DNS
Sellers can request the setup or update of a custom DNS tied to their own brand (e.g. JuanTV.com). Standard DNS setup has no cost.
Custom app with your logo
Building an app with your business name, logo, colors and visual identity is an add-on service with a cost. The price depends on the app type and level of customization. Contact the administrator to learn about the options and current pricing.
Own DNS in IPTV Smarters Pro for LG or Samsung Smart TV
Standard DNS setup remains free. However, when a seller wants their own DNS specifically set up/published to be used in IPTV Smarters Pro on LG or Samsung Smart TVs, this service has an additional cost. Contact the administrator to learn the price.
Want your own app with your brand?
Sellers can request a custom app with their own commercial name and logo.
It is an add-on service with a cost. Depending on the app type available, elements such as app name, commercial name, logo, colors, splash screen, visual identity and graphic elements can be customized.

Special promotions may exist.
When a promotion is active, the seller can decide whether to apply it to their customer, based on the promotions active at that time.
Demos don't use up credits
Demos have no credit cost. They let a potential customer try the service before subscribing. Sellers can use them as a sales tool to win new customers. Use should be reasonable and for a genuine sales purpose.
Credits don't expire
Credits available in the panel have no automatic expiration. Sellers can use them progressively as they win new customers. But credits are exclusively for commercial activity.
Credits are not for personal use
Reseller and Super Reseller packages are designed for sellers. They should not be purchased mainly to get the service for personal consumption at reseller pricing. Panels are subject to automated abuse-prevention systems and administrative oversight.
The system may analyze different activity signals, including:
- Demo creation
- Number and variety of activations
- Different accounts
- Panel activity
- Connection patterns
- IP addresses
- Other technical indicators
The goal is to identify possible misuse and protect the reseller sales structure.
Monitoring system
The panel may use automated systems and AI to identify whether a reseller panel is mainly being used for personal consumption.
- Not creating demos
- Not creating different customers
- Repeatedly using the same connections
- No real commercial activity
- IP patterns
- Technical usage patterns
The goal is not to harm new sellers, but to prevent people from posing as sellers just to get accounts at commercial pricing.
Just getting started?
We know someone who is just starting out may need time to land their first customers. That's why there is an initial adjustment period of approximately:
UP TO 2 MONTHS
During this period, the seller is expected to progressively:
- Create demos
- Win customers
- Perform different activations
- Build real sales activity
If more time is needed for a particular situation, you can reach out to administration. The administrator can evaluate each case individually.
Pricing policy
All sellers must respect the base rates in place. Rates may vary by country. Administration will provide the applicable rates to each seller. The goal is to keep fair competition among all sellers.
Not allowed:
- Deliberately selling below the minimum rates in place
- Harming other sellers through unauthorized pricing
- Using credits mainly for personal use
- Trying to bypass the sales rules
- Activity that could harm other members of the network
Serious or repeated violations may lead to restrictions, suspension or blocking of the panel and related accounts.
Private reseller group
Sellers may be added to a private WhatsApp group with other Resellers and Super Resellers.
The group is used to:
- Receive information
- Ask questions
- Talk with other sellers
- Report problems
- Request movies
- Request series
- Request channels
- Receive notices
- Share experiences
- Discuss common issues
If the administrator is not immediately available, other sellers may share information based on similar experiences. For specific situations you can also contact the administrator directly.
Reports and requests
How to report a channel
Before reporting a channel, the seller should first confirm the problem is real and not just the customer's internet, device, app, or a local issue.
Once confirmed, provide:
- • Exact channel name (as it appears in the service)
- • Country (when possible)
- • Category (when possible)
- • Screenshot or photo (when possible)
- • Short description of the problem
Examples: channel won't load, no picture, wrong audio.
How to report a movie or series
- • Exact name as it appears in the service
- • Clear description of the problem
- • Reference image when possible
Examples: won't play, wrong audio, wrong subtitles, wrong episode, incomplete season, other issue.
How to request a movie or series
Before requesting content, the seller should first confirm it isn't already available in the service.
Once confirmed, send:
- • Exact name
- • Year
- • Reference image or poster
- • Season (for series, when applicable)
A reference image matters because movies or series can share identical or similar names.
How to request a channel
First confirm the channel isn't already available.
Then provide:
- • Exact name
- • Country
- • Image or logo when possible
Refunds for credits already used
If a seller assigns credits to a customer account, they can request the used credit back only within a maximum of 3 days. If more than three days have passed since activation, that credit can no longer be returned to the panel.
3 DAYS
Credit purchases
Once purchased credits have been correctly assigned to the panel, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Subsequent use of those credits is the seller's responsibility.

Access to the reseller program is subject to the commercial and technical policies in place. Promotions, rates, features and conditions may change when necessary. Standard custom DNS setup for sellers is free. Building custom apps with your own name, logo or identity has an additional cost. Setting up or publishing your own DNS for use in IPTV Smarters Pro on LG or Samsung Smart TVs also has an additional cost. Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws in the territories where they operate and for selling only services and content they are authorized to sell. Being assigned credits implies acceptance of the program's current conditions.
